1. How long does it take to process orders?
     a. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the order, in addition to the specified shipping time.

2. What is the return and exchange policy?
     a. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but customer satisfaction is a priority for us. Please do not hesitate to contact us at       info@plmkr.co if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

3. What are the shipping options?
     a. Standard Shipping – 3-5 Business Days.
     b. Expedite Shipping – 1-2 Business Days. (additional fees will apply)


4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
     a. Yes, additional fees will apply to expedite all orders.


5. When will I receive my order?
     a. Orders may take up to 10 business days, which includes processing and shipping times.

6. What do I do if I never received my order?
     a. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon               request, if your order was never received, we will conduct the proper research to locate the items and update the customer
     accordingly.

7. What do I do if I received a defective or damaged order?
     a. We will replace all defective and damaged items.


8. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
     a. Changes to order can ONLY be made before items are shipped by contacting info@plmkr.co
